In Office Appointments

  • Drop Off:  Phone Appointment
    • Either call to make an appointment or keep your prescheduled appointment
    • At least 1 day prior to your appointment drop off all of your tax information.
    • Please fill out the contact information on the Drop Off Form (you can access one in advance by clicking on the link) and enclose it with your tax documents.
    • You can drop off all of this information at the front desk or through the mail slot under the mail box by the the front door.
    • Your tax professional will call you at the appointment time to review your documents and ask you additional questions.
  • Drop Off: No Phone Appointment 
    • Please fill out the Drop Off Form (you can access one here in advance by clicking on the link) and enclose it and your tax documents.
    • A tax professional will call you to review your documents and ask you additional questions.
  •  For All Drop Offs we need the following:
    • Record the amount you received for the 3rd EIP Stimulus payment (EIP3). IRS started sending out these payments in March of 2021. You should have received Notice 1444-C from IRS shortly after you received you payment. You will also receive Letter 6475 in early 2022 to confirm the amount you received for the EIP3.
    • If you have children that qualify for the Child Tax Credit you must give us a copy of IRS Letter 6419. This letter will have been mailed in early January 2022. If you do not have this letter you’ll need to review your bank information to see how much Advanced Child Tax Credit you received. Please click on this link for additional information.
  • Signing your tax return
    • We can send your tax return to you electronically for you to review and sign electronically
    • We ask that the tax return is paid for prior to us uploading the tax return to you; this can be done over the phone when our receptionist calls to notify you of their completion or on our website www.penrodtax.com.
    • We can schedule you a pickup appointment. You and your family (if applicable) will be the only one(s) in the signing area. Your return will be available for you to review, you’ll sign the documents, and leave payment.
    • We ask that you pay for your return over the phone prior to the pickup appointment to limit the amount of contact you’ll incur at your appointment. You may also bring in a prefilled check to help this process go more smoothly.
  • Getting your copies
    • We can upload electronic copies of your documents and your tax returns.
    • You can pick them up in our office by scheduling a time.
    • We can mail them to you for $5 (additional fee if the weight is significant).
